Holders of MEE will receive ownership within the Born To Be Me brand in its entirety. Holding a MEE NFT entitles you to a % Rev share of our distributions, meaning that when our brand grows, we all reap the rewards of our success together!

Note: The only way all founders, employees, advisors and MEE’s get paid is when a distribution is made.

5% of the Born To Be Me brand will be held by an LLC called BTBM NFT LLC. When distributions are made, 5% of the distribution will be delivered to the BTBM NFT LLC. The LLC will then pay out each holder of a MEE NFT as a vendor. This structure mitigates security liability for both the company and holders of the MEE token. Depending on the state and country each MEE holder lives in, there are different tax requirements on any income generated. Born To Be Me encourages everyone within its community to be responsible and pay your taxes on any and all income generated!
